Registration for The 3rd Hong Kong and Macau Ocean and Areas of Excellence(AoE) Forum is Officially Open
The 3rd Hong Kong and Macau Ocean and Areas of Excellence(AoE) Forum will be held at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 21 to 23 October 2024. Registration is now officially open.
This year’s forum will focus on the theme "Earth System Science for Climate Change, Carbon Neutrality and Blue Economy " and will conduct exchanges on the following four major topics:
1. Coupled Atmosphere-Ocean Dynamics and Climate Change
2. Biogeochemical Cycles in Ocean-Land-Atmospheric System and Carbon Neutrality
3. Ocean Technology, Digital-Twin and Blue Economy
4. Earth System Study in the Greater Bay Area
We are honored to have Prof. WU Lixin, Director of Laoshan Laboratory, and 7 distinguished invited speakers from around the globe who will share their insights and unique opinions on these topics.
This forum aims to foster academic exchange and the exploration of innovative theories and technologies in ocean and environmental science. It welcomes various presentation methods, including oral reports and academic posters. We sincerely invite experts and scholars in related fields from both local and international communities to actively submit abstracts.
